1. Services

GNR8 Studio provides AI-powered content creation services including commercial campaigns, social content, product visuals, and film production support. All project details, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon before work begins.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to use delivered content for agreed purposes. GNR8 Studio retains the right to showcase work in portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment

Payment terms are specified per project. Work begins upon receipt of agreed deposit. Final deliverables are released upon full payment.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra costs, communicated in advance.

5. Confidentiality

GNR8 Studio treats all client information as confidential. We do not share project details with third parties without explicit permission.

6. Cancellation

Projects cancelled after start incur costs for work completed. Deposits are non-refundable.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary assets, feedback, and approvals within agreed timelines. Delays may affect delivery dates.

8. AI Tools

GNR8 Studio uses artificial intelligence tools in our production process. Final creative direction and quality control remains human-led.

9. Liability

GNR8 Studio delivers work to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the project fee paid.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of The Hague, the Netherlands.
